GRAND TIG 200 DC PULSE PFC MV is a multi voltage
single phase inverter power source for TIG DC and TIG
PULSE DC with the possibilty of MMA (stick) usage.
In TIG DC all the main parameters are adjustable in
order to obtain the best welding. With a very good high
frequency igniction, GRAND TIG 200 DC PULSE PFC MV
can easy to weld stainless steel, copper alloys, mild steel
and titanium. PULSE TIG permits high performance on
ultra thin surfaces with reduced deformations.
P.F.C (Power Factor Corrector) reduce the harmonic
current emissions and increase the power inverter
efcency reducing the input current more than 20%.
For the same reason it permit to have higher welding
current than a standard inverter using a poor supply
network and permit to use a very long supplying cables
or a not stabilized line. Multi voltage device permits to
connect the machine from 90V to 275V single phase
supply network.
It is equipped with temperature, voltage and current
sensors for hight protection and it is designed to avoid
failures due to voltage spikes as when using diesel
generator. Extremely low weight and strength make
this machine ideal for food industry, petrochemical
plants and for every medium steel fabrication where a
very high welding performance is required and with the
multi voltage device It becomes the perfect machine for
anyone who works off the workshop.
