GRAND CUT 40 PFC MV is a multi voltage single phase
inverter power source for cutting. It mounts a LKM CUT
60 torch (duty cycle 60% 60A) with pneumatic ignition
and permit to have the higher cutting performance with
elongated tip’s life and with a reduced compressed air
consumption. P.F.C (Power Factor Corrector) reduce
the harmonic current emissions and increase the power
inverter efcency reducing the input current more than
20%. For the same reason it permit to have higher
output cutting current than a standard inverter using
a poor supply network and permit to use a very long
supplying cables or a not stabilized line.
Multi voltage device permit to connect the machine from
90V to 275V single phase supply network. It is equipped
with temperature, voltage and current sensors for high
protection and it is designed to avoid failures due to
voltage spikes as when using diesel generator. With a
duty cycle of 50% at 40A GRAND CUT 40 PFC MV is
one of the most powerful single-phase cutting machines
in the market.
