GRAND MIG 201 PULSE PFC is a single-phase multiprocess inverter welding generator designed for MIG, Synergic MIG, Pulsed MIG, Double Pulsed MIG, DC TIG Lift, and Electrode processes. It features both PFC (Power Factor Corrector) and multi-voltage devices. Pulsed MIG provides excellent results even on aluminum alloys, stainless steel, and thin sheets, significantly reducing spatter. Double Pulsed MIG allows for further reduction of heat input into the weld, achieving a perfect aesthetic result. Synergic MIG helps the welder find the right parameters by adjusting a single knob, reducing setup time and minimizing welding defects due to incorrect parameters. In electrode mode, the adjustable Arc Force enables easy operation with excellent results. The anti-sticking feature assists the welder by cutting off welding current when the electrode sticks to the workpiece. DC TIG Lift is available, enhancing the machine’s versatility. The PFC reduces harmonic currents fed into the network and increases inverter efficiency, lowering consumption by over 20%. For the same reason, it allows for welding with higher parameters when the power supply is less than ideal, such as with very long cables, voltage fluctuations, or generator use. The MULTI VOLTAGE device enables the machine to connect to a single-phase network ranging from 90V to 275V.
